Privacy Policy

We collect as little personal information as possible. Where we can rely on Apple to handle data on our behalf — payments, downloads, crash reports — we do, and that data does not pass through us.
Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to applications and services published by 2525932 Alberta Ltd., part of the Wyvern IT group of companies, a Canadian corporation registered in Alberta.
Information we do not collect
Our applications do not collect, store, or transmit:
- Your name, address, phone number, or other contact information
- Your location
- Your contacts, photos, calendars, or other on-device data
- Advertising or tracking identifiers
- Analytics about how you use the app
- Payment card or banking information
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software development kits in our applications.
Payments
All purchases of our applications, subscriptions, and in-app content are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see, receive, or store your payment card or banking details. Apple provides us with anonymized, aggregated sales reports only — we cannot identify individual purchasers from these reports.

Diagnostics and crash reports
If you have enabled Share With App Developers in iOS Settings (Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may send us anonymized diagnostic and crash reports about our applications. These reports describe how the app was running when a problem occurred and do not identify you. You can disable this at any time in iOS Settings.
We use these reports solely to find and fix bugs.
Support requests
If you contact us for support — for example, by emailing info@wyvern-it.ca — your email will contain whatever personal information you choose to include (typically your email address and the description of the issue). We use this information only to respond to your request and resolve the issue.
We retain support correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary to resolve the issue and to keep a record of related issues. You can request deletion of your support correspondence at any time by writing to the address above.
Children’s privacy
Our applications are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Because we collect almost no personal information, in most cases there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you have contacted us for support and would like a copy of that correspondence, or would like it deleted, write to info@wyvern-it.ca.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via the App Store listing for the affected application.
